Then STOP!

Stop it.

I don’t want to hear it anymore.

I don’t want to listen to whining and complaining about the monopoly the two major parties have on the political process in this country.

I don’t want to hear complaining about how we wind up with a shit sandwich every year, how we don’t have a choice, how this candidate or that isn’t a great candidate.

I don’t want to hear how you’re not excited about this candidate or that one, but you’ll vote for him anyway.

Stop your whining, because you caused this.

Why is it that year after year, the establishment goes out there to make “a case” for a candidate? Why is there no candidate who is simply running on his record, or his knowledge, or his ability? Why is it that every election cycle we hear how we should vote for a candidate, not because he’s a good candidate, but because the other candidate is evil?

Enough already!

Year after year, the GOP has told us that we need to hold our nose and vote for whatever RINO bag of douche they happened to impose on us – not because he’s good, but because the alternative is so horrible!

Year after year, we have been told by the establishment that we need to vote for *insert RINO du jour here* just as a stopgap measure – just as a way to recover – just as a way to turn our nation around and at least set it on its right course.

How is that working out for you people? Where has it gotten us today?

You can’t whine about conformity. You can’t screech about political hacks who do nothing but toe the party line. You can’t complain about the lack of imagination, leadership, innovation and intellect in a candidate.

Because you go out and vote for them regardless! You give them your vote knowing they will suck, so why should they change? They know they’re going to get your vote anyway, so why not just run the lowest common denominator who will toe the party line?

You’ll complain.

You’ll bitch.

And you’ll go in there and vote for them anyway.

So I don’t want to hear it anymore.

Stop bitching. You’re part of the problem.

If you want things to change, you will have to change them.

So just STOP!
