Where’s the blood? (UPDATED)

I will say, this Martin shooting is getting interesting. A surveillance video taken the night George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin shows no visible blood on the guy, despite police reports and the lawyer’s contention that he had a broken nose and blood on his head.

What does this mean?

I have no idea yet.

I guess we shall see.

UPDATE:  I thought the video was really unclear, but it certainly didn’t look like Zimmerman was bloody in it. However, someone said he was cleaned up before being taken to the police station, and the Daily Caller enhanced a still from the video, which clearly shows a pretty large gash on the back of Zimmerman’s head.

You be the judge.

  1. For what it’s worth, Hannity reports that he was treated by paramedics at the scene before transport to the police office.

You are right, Nicki. This situation gets murkier with each new data set..

  2. If I was transporting someone to the station in my squad, I’d make sure they took a towel or something and wiped the blood off. I wouldn’t want any blood dripping on the seat. It’s a huge pain to get the car decontaminated. That the guy was not dripping blood is not unusual.

Of course, it doesn’t fit the MSM narrative…

  3. They conveniently failed to mention that Zimmerman was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the police station. They use a copy of a tape whose quality is best described as poor to begin with. they focus everyone’s attention on the lack of bandages on his head but totally ignore what appears to be a large vertical stain on the left side of his jacket.
Just more of the race-baiting we have been seeing over this incident since the lamestream media has been sensationalizing it.
