Zero Tolerance Stupidity, pt. 4,089,309.8

Yet more proof that some school administrators really need a hot tar enema.

Patrick Timoney, a fourth-grader at PS 52, South Beach, was
nearly suspended yesterday after playing with LEGOs during
his lunch period because one of the action figures was
carrying a toy machine gun.

While the action figure was a standard LEGO policeman
figure, the brand of the gun could not be determined.

“She took him into her office in the middle of the
lunch period and he was crying,” said the boy’s
mother, Laura Timoney. “He was afraid.”

The principal called Ms. Timoney and said she considered
the toy suspension-worthy, and that she was going to
double-check with a security administrator from the city
Department of Education.

You just can’t fix stupid.  You can eradicate it from the face of this earth, but you can’t fix it.  This dumb bitch terrorized a child for playing a harmless game with his friends, because she happens to lose bladder control at the mere thought of a firearm.

Cowardly, sniveling morons such as this are teaching your kids!  What are they teaching them?  How to be petty tyrants?  How to fear inanimate objects?  How to avoid common sense?  How to overreact?

I wonder how this school administrator would react to this.

  1. I heard about this on the radio on the way home from work and had to laugh. SO typical. Since we aren’t allowed to be judgmental anymore, all judgment seems to have flown out the window. *sigh*

  2. Hey, this is a serious matter! If that Lego gun had gone off accidentally or otherwise, it could have obliterated my kid’s Avatar action figure. Think of the mess on the cafeteria table the principal would have had to deal with then.

  3. So Nicki, as an Army veteran, did you run across a corpse-man in your unit?Apparently today while speaking, the current commander-in-chief either speaks to dead people or can’t pronounce corpsman. It was probably that stupid teleprompter again. With the idiots we have in the oval office – did ya expect any better in the principal’s office?

  4. Funny though, how this bitch didn’t have any trouble terrorizing a six year old. Therein lies the reason trash like her cannot tolerate any display of any type of weapon. For whom would they terrorize if they could be resisted. Not saying that she was or should be in any danger from her six year old charges, but her attitude is indicative of their claim to legitimately terrorize any and all they deem weaker, inferior, smaller, or less favored. However, I am not in favor of firing the stupid bitch. Kicking her ass up under her hairdo and making it look like her fault would suffice for me. That is exactly what she needs, but of course, it won’t happen because there are no more justifiable reasons for violence in our sissy-ass society. Except of course, there are a few of us left who didn’t get the memo.

  5. I have found that it is best, overall, for me to simply not encounter stories about zero tolerance polices at school.Nothing ever good comes from it, I’m pissed off all day, and full of unsavory feelings and thoughts.Unfortunately with the blogs I read, mailing lists I am on, and sites I visit, avoiding these stories will not be possible. Therefore I need to channel such negative energy into, perhaps, a donation to a pro-gun organization every time something like this happens.I fear I shall be broke by midyear.
